Solution Architecture
Display Center
The main visual area of the meeting room uses an Enbon COB LED display screen. COB technology boasts ultra-high contrast, exquisite image quality, and an excellent close-up viewing experience, maintaining a comfortable and clear visual effect even during extended viewing of meeting materials, charts, and videos.
Compared to traditional display devices, COB displays offer larger screen sizes and stronger information presentation capabilities, creating a unified information display center for the conference room.
Conference Terminal System
Each participant's seat is equipped with a Husun DS-S156D lift-up display terminal. The device features a hidden design, retracting into the desktop when not in use, maintaining the overall neatness and aesthetics of the conference room; when in use, it automatically rises, providing participants with an independent information viewing and operation interface.
Participants can view the meeting agenda, electronic documents, and related materials in real time, achieving a truly paperless meeting.
Conference Management Platform
The system uses the Husun DS-PC8000 paperless conference host as the conference terminal operating platform. Functions such as meeting material retrieval, file management, meeting check-in, and topic discussion can all be completed through the host, achieving digital management of the meeting process.
Data Management Center
The backend utilizes the Husun DS-SE7000 server platform. The server is responsible for meeting material storage, user access control, system scheduling, and data management, providing stable and reliable operation for the entire conference system.
Through a unified management platform, centralized management of conference resources and information security protection can be achieved.
